Face-paint is actually characterised by the use of chemically active things. These things are used by theatre and TV artists in order to enhance their splendour and to cover the minor defects which may thwart them from looking the most stunning persons. Splendour is the most dominant factor for the persons of media, and the TV and theatre artists are somewhat more concerned about their splendour.

Theatrical cosmetics are different from the TV cosmetics in many ways. Theatrical cosmetics are more concerned with the function or character of the artist. It aims to compliment the particular character depicted by the play so that the idea is simply conveyed to the spectators through the proper use of cosmetics.

Alternatively, TV face-paint is quite different from theatre face-paint. The major apprehension of the TV face-paint is to make the artists more stunning and presentable. Nonetheless, the effects can be created in the TV screen which has the ability to hide several flaws, and it can project new effect too. Nonetheless, theatre lacks the technical capabilities which the TV camera has.

The theatre face-paint varies from the TV face-paint as it is presented by means of a live performance on the stage, in consequence lacking all the technical tricks which are performed by means of a TV camera. The theatre face-paint should be such that it can be straightforwardly noticeable to all the viewers. TV face-paint, whether light or shadowy, can be seen with the aid of camera techniques.

Lighting is also another main factor which makes the theatre makeup different from the TV makeup. The lighting on stage is comparatively lesser than that of the TV screen. The theatre makeup is aimed to become visible to the live audience. Due to the presence of multiple lights, the makeup appears to be dull or nearly washed out. In order to overcome the lighting factor, the theatre makeup usually comprises of vibrant colours so that they may become visible to the far seated audience as well. Theatre makeup is a very important factor in enhancing the character and conveying the idea to the live audience.

While TV cosmetics does not requires brighter colours as the colours and cosmetics appears quite natural and ideal on the screen. TV camera has specialised methods which help the artists in making them more beautiful and striking. TV artists have to fret less about their loveliness and look because of the obtainable technical amenities.

In general, the theatre face-paint is marked by strong eye face-paint, a brighter shade of lipstick, and exciting shades on the cheeks. TV face-paint characterises milder colours unlike the theatre face-paint.

The theatre makeup is relatively harder to do than TV makeup. It is difficult to carry the makeup throughout the acts. Theatre artists have no time to check their makeup during several acts. Theatre makeup demands more perfection and ability to be held for long hours. Usually, theatre artists do not get enough time to go backstage and freshen up their makeup. On the other hand, TV artists get lot of time to be touched up during different shots.

If you’d like to get involved in the web design industry, an Adobe Dreamweaver course is vital for getting professional credentials that are recognised around the world. For commercial applications you’ll need a thorough comprehension of the entire Adobe Web Creative Suite. This includes (but is by no means restricted to) Action Script and Flash. If your goal is to become an Adobe Certified Professional (ACP) or an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) then these skills are paramount.

Creating a website is just the start of what’s needed – to drive traffic to the site, maintain its content, and work on dynamic sites that are database driven, you will have to learn further programming skills, namely ones like HTML and PHP, and database engines like MySQL. You should also develop a working knowledge of E-Commerce and SEO (Search Engine Optimisation).

Bearing in mind all this debate covering computer technology right now, how can we recognize what precisely to look for?

Potential Students hoping to kick off a career in computers and technology often aren’t sure what path they should take, let alone what market to obtain accreditation for. Flicking through long lists of different and confusing job titles is a complete waste of time. Most of us have no idea what our next-door neighbours do at work each day – so what chance do we have in understanding the subtleties of a specific IT job. To get through to the essence of this, a discussion is necessary, covering a variety of definitive areas:

* Which type of person you reckon you are – what kind of jobs you find interesting, plus of course – what don’t you like doing.

* Are you hoping to re-train for a certain raison d’etre – for example, are you pushing to work based from home (being your own boss?)?

* Is the money you make further up on your list of priorities than anything else.

* Learning what the normal work areas and markets are – and what differentiates them.

* How much time you will commit your training.

The best way to avoid the industry jargon, and discover the best route for you, have an informal chat with an advisor with years of experience; a person that appreciates and can explain the commercial realities while explaining each qualification.

It’s likely that you probably enjoy fairly practical work – the ‘hands-on’ personality type. If you’re like us, the painful task of reading endless manuals is something you’ll make yourself do if you have to, but it’s not really your thing. So look for on-screen interactive learning packages if book-based learning really isn’t your style. Where we can study while utilising as many senses as possible, then we often see hugely increased memory retention as a result.

Learning is now available on CD and DVD discs, where your computer becomes the centre of your learning. Using video-streaming, you are able to see your instructors showing you how to do something, and then have a go at it yourself – in an interactive lab. It’s imperative to see examples of the study materials provided by any company that you may want to train through. It’s essential they incorporate full motion videos of instructors demonstrating the topic with lab’s to practice the skills in.

Opt for CD or DVD ROM based materials whenever you can. Thus avoiding all the issues associated with broadband outages, failure and signal quality issues etc.

Some training providers are still using the rather old-fashioned idea of classroom lessons. Very often portrayed as a huge benefit, after discussion with someone who has first-hand experience, you’ll most likely hear about many or all of these problems:

* Lots of centre visits – quite often 100′s of miles.

* Mon-Fri accessibility to events is usual, and with two or three days required at a time, this is usually problematic for a lot of trainees who are working.

* If we get 4 weeks off each year, giving half of them to training events leaves very little time for holidays.

* Training events sometimes end up overly large as well.

* Class pace – centre-days typically have trainees of varied skill, consequently tension develops between students with more background knowledge and those with less experience.

* You can’t overlook the increased cost of driving and over-night accommodation either. This can run to hundreds and even thousands of pounds extra. Work it out – you’ll get a shock.

* Not wanting employers to know about the training will be of paramount importance to a lot of attendees. There’s no need to throw away potential advancement, wage increases or accomplishment at your current job because you’re getting trained in a different area. If your boss finds out that you’re undertaking certification in another sector, what will they think?

* Raising questions in the presence of other class-mates often makes any one of us feel self-conscious. Ever avoided asking a question as you were worried it might make you look silly?

* If you sometimes live away for part of the week, imagine the trouble involved in getting to the necessary classes, as time becomes even more scarce.

Infinitely more flexible is to use filmed classes at the location of your choice – and do it when it’s convenient to you – not someone else. Ponder this… Using a laptop then you’re free to work in the garden, a park, or just outside. And live 24 hr-a-day support is only a web-click away when you get challenged. It doesn’t matter how often you have to re-cover a topic, video teachers will never get annoyed or frustrated! And don’t forget, in this situation, you can forget taking notes. It’s already there for you when you need it. Even though it’s impossible to stop any normal learning difficulties, it surely removes stress and makes things simpler. Plus you’ve got less hassle, travel and costs.

At the top of your shopping list for a training program should be 24×7 round-the-clock support with trained professional instructors and mentors. Far too often we see trainers who only provide support to you inside of office hours (typically 9am-6pm) and sometimes a little earlier or later (but not weekends usually). some companies only provide email support (slow), and so-called telephone support is normally just routed to a call-centre who will take the information and email an instructor – who will then call back sometime over the next 24hrs, at a suitable time to them. This is not a lot of use if you’re sitting there confused over an issue and only have a specific time you can study.

The best trainers use multiple support centres from around the world. Online access provides the interactive interface to seamlessly link them all together, at any time you choose, help is just seconds away, without any contact issues or hassle. Seek out an educator that goes the extra mile. As only round-the-clock 24×7 support truly delivers for technical programs.

Lately, do you find yourself questioning how safe your job is? Typically, we only think of this after we get some bad news. But really, the painful truth is that our job security is a thing of the past, for nearly everyone now. Now, we only experience security via a fast growing market, pushed forward by work-skills shortages. It’s this shortage that creates just the right background for market-security – definitely a more pleasing situation.

Using the IT industry for example, a recent e-Skills analysis showed a skills deficit in the UK of around 26 percent. Showing that for every 4 jobs that exist across Information Technology (IT), we have only 3 certified professionals to fill that need. This one concept in itself shows why the UK desperately needs a lot more people to become part of the industry. Actually, retraining in Information Technology throughout the years to come is very likely the greatest career direction you could choose.

by Jason Kendall

There are a total of 4 specialist training sectors in the overall A+ programme, of which 2 passes are needed for competency in A+. We would advise however that only learning about 2 out of the 4 subjects available is likely to leave your knowledge base somewhat light. Try to cover all four – for greater confidence in the world of work.

Qualifying in CompTIA A+ on its own will mean that you’re able to fix and repair stand-alone PC’s and MAC’s; ones that are most often not part of a network – which means the home or small business market. It could be a good idea to think about doing Network+ as you’ll then be in a position to become a networking engineer, and have a more responsible working role.

Massive developments are coming via technology over the next generation – and the industry becomes more ground-breaking every year. We’re only just beginning to get to grips with what this change will mean to us. How we correlate with the world as a whole will be inordinately affected by technology and the internet.

And don’t forget that typical remuneration in the world of IT across the UK is a lot higher than in the rest of the economy, which means you will be in a good position to gain a lot more in the IT sector, than you could reasonably hope to achieve elsewhere. It’s evident that we have a significant country-wide requirement for qualified IT professionals. And with the marketplace continuing to expand, it seems there’s going to be for a good while yet.

Apparently, the Information Technology (IT) market promises tremendous potential. Yet, to arm ourselves with the correct information, which questions do we need to pose, and what are the sectors we need to investigate?

Many companies only concern themselves with gaining a certificate, and forget why you’re doing this – which is of course employment. Always begin with the end in mind – don’t get hung-up on the training vehicle. It’s a testament to the marketing skills of the big companies, but a great many students start out on programs that sound magnificent from the sales literature, but which gets us a career that is of no interest. Try talking to typical college students for examples.

Spend some time thinking about how much you want to earn and what level of ambition fits you. Sometimes, this affects what qualifications will be required and what industry will expect from you in return. You’d also need help from an advisor who knows the commercial realities of the market you’re considering, and who can give you ‘A day in the life of’ synopsis for each job considered. All of these things are absolutely essential as you’ll need to know if you’re going down the right road.

Many trainers only give office hours or extended office hours support; most won’t answer after 8-9pm at the latest and frequently never at the weekends. Email support is too slow, and telephone support is usually to a call-centre which will take the information and email an instructor – who will call back over the next day or so (assuming you’re there), when it’s convenient to them. This is no use if you’re lost and confused and only have a specific time you can study.

We recommend that you search for study programmes that use several support centres active in different time-zones. All of them should be combined to give a single entry point and also access round-the-clock, when you want it, with the minimum of hassle. Always choose a training company that cares. As only live 24×7 support gives you the confidence to make it.

Students who consider this area of study are usually quite practically-minded, and won’t enjoy sitting at a desk in class, and struggling through thick study-volumes. If you’re thinking this sounds like you, go for more modern interactive training, where you can learn everything on-screen. Recent studies into the way we learn shows that much more of what we learn in remembered when we receive multi-sensorial input, and we take action to use what we’ve learned.

You can now study via interactive CD and DVD ROM’s. By watching and listening to instructors on video tutorials you’ll find things easier to remember through the expert demonstrations. You can then test yourself by utilising the practice lab’s and modules. It’s wise to view examples of the courseware provided before you sign on the dotted line. The minimum you should expect would be instructor-led video demonstrations and interactive modules with audio-visual elements.

Seek out physical media such as CD or DVD ROM’s every time. You can then avoid all the difficulties of broadband outages, failure and signal quality issues etc.

The way a programme is physically sent to you can often be overlooked. How is the courseware broken down? What is the order and at what speed is it delivered? Many companies enrol you into a 2 or 3 year study programme, and deliver each piece one-by-one as you pass each exam. On the surface this seems reasonable – until you consider the following: Maybe the order of study insisted on by the company won’t suit you. What if you find it hard to complete every element inside of their particular timetable?

Put simply, the perfect answer is to have their ideal ‘order’ of training laid out, but get all the study materials at the start. Meaning you’ve got it all in case you don’t finish as fast as they’d like.

A subtle way that training providers make extra profits is by charging for exams up-front and then including an ‘Exam Guarantee’. It looks impressive, till you look at the facts:

In this day and age, we tend to be a bit more aware of hype – and usually we grasp that it is actually an additional cost to us (it isn’t free or out of the goodness of their hearts!) If you want to get a first time pass, you must avoid exam guarantees and pay when entering exams, prioritise it appropriately and apply yourself as required.

Why should you pay your training course provider up-front for exams? Go for the best offer when you take the exam, instead of paying a premium – and take it closer to home – not at somewhere of their bidding. Paying upfront for exam fees (plus interest – if you’re financing your study) is madness. Resist being talked into filling the training company’s account with extra money of yours simply to help their cash-flow! Many will hope you won’t get to do them all – so they get to keep the extra funds. It’s worth noting that exam re-takes via training course providers with an ‘Exam Guarantee’ are monitored with tight restrictions. They’ll insist that you take mock exams first so you can prove to them you have a good chance of passing.

Shelling out hundreds or thousands of pounds on an ‘Exam Guarantee’ is short-sighted – when a commitment to studying and the use of authorised exam preparation tools is what will really guarantee success.

One useful service that several companies offer is job placement assistance. This is to help you get your first commercial position. In reality it’s not as difficult as you may be led to believe to land employment – as long as you’re correctly trained and certified; the growing UK skills shortage sees to that.

However, what is relevant is to have help and assistance with preparing a CV and getting interviews though; also we would encourage everybody to work on polishing up their CV as soon as training commences – don’t wait till you’ve finished your exams. Being considered a ‘maybe’ is better than being rejected. A surprising amount of junior positions are given to trainees (sometimes when they’ve only just got going.) The top companies to help you land that job are usually specialist independent regional recruitment consultancies. As they’re keen to place you to receive their commission, they have more incentive to get on with it.

Essentially, if you put as much hard work into getting your first IT position as into studying, you’re not going to hit many challenges. Some people inexplicably spend hundreds of hours on their training and studies and just give up once they’ve passed their exams and seem to expect employers to find them.

For long, France has been a preferred holiday destination for the Britishers because of its proximity, although it is also very well-liked with travellers worldwide. It attracts more than 79 million tourists annually, making it the most sought after destination.

Getting to France by air from the UK is easy as there are many opportunities available, although flying from UK means the entire France is at your access in less time. With the onset of popular budget airlines, flights to France can be very inexpensive too. Cheap airlines also present the expediency of visiting to less popular cities in France, but the regular flights usually fly to Paris.

Although not accessible by all airlines, there are approximately 480 airports in France! Easyjet, for example, have multiple routes from the UK to France, including flights from: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast, Newcastle, Bristol, Liverpool and Luton to Paris Charles de Gaulle; Bristol and Gatwick to Marseille, La Rochelle and Toulouse; Birmingham, Bristol, Bournemouth, Luton and Gatwick to Grenoble, to name a few.

France is so popular with tourists because it offers such a diverse range of attractions, from cities, to coasts, to mountains, to vineyards there is something here to suit all tastes!

Northern France is generally lowlands and coastal plains, and other than the capital city, Paris, this area is not renowned for its tourism. Paris speaks for itself ? the culture, heritage and architecture are the main appeal, and flights to Paris can be bought very cheaply as there?s so much competition between the airlines.

In north-west France you will find the famous Loire Valley, known for its wine, its landscapes, its architectural heritage and its castles. This part of France is an area worth touring, especially between Maine and Sally-sur-Loire as this stretch of the Valley has been classified a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A flight from the UK to either Nantes or Paris, then a short journey, would get you to the Loire Valley.

North region of the country experiences a temperate climate, just like UK, having warm summers as well as mild winters, with a same quantity of rainfall.

South region of France is mountainous, and is dominated by the 3 mountain ranges, known as the Alps, the Massif Central, and the Pyrenees. The Massif Central is located in the south-central region of France and is unconnected from the Alps, by Rhone Valley. Valley?s north end has the city called Lyon, which is France?s third largest city, and has also been designated, as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You take a flight from UK direct to Lyon.

In Massif Central, there are three small ski resorts; however the Alps and the Pyrenees are the regions where most of the skiers head for, for the unlimited selection of resorts. The most accessible airport of Alps is Grenoble; and there are flights available directly from the UK. For Pyrenees, located in the farther south, Toulouse is most likely the finest place to travel from UK. At the bottom of Pyrenees, Lourdes town is chiefly significant for spiritual tourism, attracting nearly 5 million pilgrims annually.

The southern end of the Alps, at the Mediterranean coast, there is Nice city and the French Riviera (Cote d?Azur, in France). This destination is popular for the rich; and is famous for places like Monaco and Cannes. These areas are developed so effectively because of the Mediterranean weather; having dry summers; and gentle winters. To mix with celebrities, you can take a flight to Nice or Marseille; the second largest city in France.

In WoW there are 14 professions you can choose from, Engineering is one of them. Engineering skills are in high demand once you reach the end game. In this guide you’ll learn some tips and tricks to help you succeed with this profession as well as some ways you can use it to make large amounts of gold.

The Engineering Profession can be learned by all classes in WoW but Engineering is, in my opinion best suited to the Hunter. The reason I say this is that Hunters primary weapons make full use of what Engineers produce – scopes, gun, bullets, etc.

Gnomes are the only race that receive a bonus from Engineering. While this might help you at lower levels, by the time you have a high level this advantage would have cancelled itself out.

Mining is probably the most appropriate gathering profession to go with Engineering so make sure you pick this when you start. To find both the Mining and Engineering trainers ask the guard as you are leaving the newbie zone.

One tool you need to create as an Engineer is the Gnomish Army Knife. You’ll need to have a skill level of 450 to make it but there is no limit to your characters level. Take my advice and make this as soon as possible – it has a wide range of benefits!

The reason I suggested that you choose Mining as your gathering profession is because to improve your Engineering skill you need a heap of metal. The other benefit to being a miner is that you will also be able to make a heap of gold as Mining is one of the most lucrative professions in WoW.

A potential downside to becoming an Engineer is that you won’t be able to sell all of the items you create to just anyone. Some items need Engineering skills to use. That’s not to say you can’t make a killing with engineering items however, some items can sell for mega bucks.

Hopefully you have gained some useful tips in this article, for more information about Engineering and WoW in general, visit the links listed below.

by Graham McKenzie

Cape Town International is South Africa’s second largest airport and is a major Tourism Gateway for the Western Cape. Approximately 7 million passengers travel through Cape Town International on a yearly basis.

If you?re going to Cape Town then Cape Town International airport is your main point of entry. Dozens of flights fly to and from this airport and is generally the first place to see when foreign visitors travel to South Africa.

The first sightseeing spot which should come in everyl foreign tourists? list is the majestic Table Mountain. This dazzling World Heritage spot has a cable car that carries you to the peak of this mountain, which is at 1036 m above MSL, to get pleasure from the wonderful view of sea and land. There is a Cableway Cocktail Bar famous for pleasant views of sun set and there is a restaurant too. If you love adventures you can also rope down Table Mountain.

Everyone should see the Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens which aims to protect indigenous plants and has succeeded in growing an impressive 6000 different species.

The next thing to see would be another World Heritage site – the historically important symbol of anti-apartheid, Robben Island, named after ?seals? in Dutch. Right at the entrance to Table Bay, this island is now a museum and can be reached by a 30-minute boat ride.

Your itinerary must include a stop on the V & A Waterfront. It is famous for its bustling marketplace including attractive shops, craft markets, theatres, restaurants, and bars. Two major sightseeing spots located here are Maritime Museum and Oceans Aquarium.

Flower lovers must visit the Good Hope Nature Reserve, located at Cape Point. It is famous for its diversity of flowers. Cape Point also has a lighthouse, which is considered the country?s largest.

The Cape Town beaches are a desired holiday destination for tourists and locals. On the Atlantic front, you can laze on the striking beaches of Llandudno, Camps Bay, and Clifton.

Shopaholics will have a great time in Cape Town and the best thing is that, it is very cheap out here. You will find several enticing mementos to take home as gifts for friends or for your own home.

Lovers of history must pay a visit to the Castle of Good Hope, which is the oldest building in the country. It was built between the years 1666 and 1679. The pentagonal castle is very well maintained, and it tells about the arrival of Jan van Riebeeck and the country?s martial history. Also see the striking dungeons, the blacksmith, and the lovely dolphin pool. You can see the Key Ceremony, if you come there by 10am; and may see the Change of Guards if you come at 12 am. If you are lucky enough, or unlucky, you may even see a ghost.

Keep some time in hand to enjoy the wine routes, which include Franschoek, Stellenbosch, Paarl, and Constantia. Cape?s wine estates are some of the finest in the world. Many estates are open for visitors to taste wine and the wine makers happily agree to ship the valuable bottles to any corner of the globe. You must also enjoy the superb cuisine in Cape Town. Loiter at the Constantia Uitsig? veranda, test the finest Franschoek at Quartiere Francais or just bite at the delicious seafood platter at ?On The Rocks?, in Blouberg.

Tourists to Cape Town must take visit the Cape Point, where Bartholomew Dias, the Portuguese explorer is said to have stopped in the year 1488. It?s a breathtaking sight and it?s tough to think how the sailors crossed these hazardous waters years back. Some other places of interest are the the Kalk Bay Caves, the Dutch East India Company?s Gardens, and many more.

by Maxine Smith

The history of chocolate starts with the cocoa tree which is native to the forests of South and Central America and grows to approximately 20 foot high.

This quite delicate tree starts to produce fruit in its 4th to 5th year. Large yellow or red pods encase a white pulp that hides its treasure of between 20 to 50 cocoa beans.

The cocoa bean was cultivated for centuries by the Maya Indians, the Mexican Aztecs and the Incas of Peru where they had ceremonial significance and were associated with the festivities of births and marriages. At these events they were regularly used as a tribute or money. In some areas only those of the highest ranking could enjoy the wonderful drink boiling these beans could produce.

When the Spanish conquered Mexico in 1519 they were so taken with this chocolaty drink (although they did add sugar to sweeten the taste) they introduced these trees to Trinidad where they closely guarded their secret s of cultivation and preparation. It wasn’t long however before the trees spread to the West India Islands and The Philippines’. The Dutch are believed to have introduced them into Indonesia, Sri Lanka and the Gull fog Guinea, South America however remained the chief exporter and producer until 1891.

In the Seventeenth century the drink was introduced to the noblemen and women of the courts of Spain, Italy, Germany, France and England. Chocolate was still an expensive luxury even though the secret to its preparation was out in the open. When the first chocolate house was opened in London in 1657, the cost of a pound of chocolate was more than 6 months wages putting it way out of your average 17th century Londones price bracket and making it exclusive to the very wealthy. This was due to the heavy import duty imposed on cocoa beans.

Both drinking and eating chocolate are relatively new inventions that were developed during the 19th century. The chocolate of today was not produced until a Dutchman discovered how to press the cocoa butter out of the beans.

The pressed beans could then produce a much less fatty drinking chocolate that was much more palatable than the rich buttery drink the Aztecs had made centuries earlier. The cocoa butter could then be used to make eating chocolate. In 1847 these techniques were perfected by J.S. Fry and the delicious bit of heaven that we know today as chocolate went on sale.

Now while the history of chocolate is all very interesting, does it really matter to those of us who just want to gorge ourselves on the sweet creamy taste, how it got here. Or just that it did. The weird thing about history is that it changes all the time and while most things get better and progress naturally forward, Why is there always someone that wants’ to screw with a good thing. Something weird is happening to chocolate, it’s progressing and getting politically correct, it’s getting better for us while losing its delicious taste.

Chocolate doesn’t have a hard job to do, it doesn’t have to fund the cure for cancer or date James Blunt (Whom I’ve kissed but that’s a whole nother story!) it just has to tantalize our taste buds and make us smile as we swallow. Chocolate lovers all over the world it’s time to pick up your chocolate molds get out of your chocolate fountain and put down your chocolate cake (only for a minute you can pick it up again as soon as we’ve made our point,) and tell the chocolate makers NO! We don’t want inferior chocolate any more; we don’t want the no-name, no frills, low calorie, low fat, sugar-free, carob chocolate.

We want our Cadbury’s, Lindts, Hershey’s, Mars and all those other fine quality chocolates tasting as creamy, rich, and delectable as they should. After all History teaches us to learn by our mistakes and you can’t improve on perfection!

My name is Jon D. Alexander, Esq. and I am an Orange County, California Divorce Attorney. This article is the fifth in a series outlining the divorce process in California. Please be aware that this article is not intended as and should not be relied upon as legal advice or as the creation of an attorney-client relationship.

California Family Code section 3020 mandates that frequent and continuing contact is applicable to custody orders, even in non marital cases. Section 3020, however, states that the primary concern when determining custody is the health, safety and welfare of the children. For example, the court will find that where there is actual danger to the child frequent and continuing contact is not as important as the child’s safety. Abuse or Domestic Violence is considered to be overwhelmingly detrimental.

Section 3011 requires the court to make specific stated findings where there is an order of sole or joint custody to a person who is alleged to be an abuser of people or drug, alcohol or other substances. The abuse in question need not be established and proven, merely alleged. Courts, however, are authorized to require supporting evidence of such allegations. The bottom line is that before the Court will order joint or sole custody where allegations of abuse are made, the Court must address the allegations and state why they are not material or are not supported by credible evidence.

So what kinds of abuse are considered by the Court? Anything that is available under the Domestic Violence Prevention Act (“DVPA”). The California Family Code specifically identifies that certain violations of the penal code will prohibit custody or visitation. Family Code Section 3030(b) states that there will be no custody or visitation for a person convicted of Penal Code 261(the rape statute) where a child is resultantly conceived. Family Code Section 7825 states that it is permissible to terminate parental rights of a father convicted of Penal Code 261. There is a conclusive presumption of unfitness.

Family Code section 3044 is an expansive statute, which creates a rebuttable presumption against an award of sole or joint physical or legal custody to a person who has committed domestic violence damaging to the child in question. The domestic violence act must have occurred within the past 5 years. The presumption is rebuttable meaning that the alleged perpetrator may provide evidence that the domestic violence did not damage the child or that there was no finding of domestic violence. Before Family Code Section 3044 applies there must be a finding of domestic violence.

Section 3044 defines domestic violence as intentionally and recklessly causing or attempting to cause bodily injury or sexual assault or to have placed a person in reasonable apprehension of imminent serious bodily injury, or to have engaged in the following behavior: threatening, striking, harassing, destroying personal property, or disturbing the peace of another, for which the court could order an ex parte TRO.

Oftentimes issues that will affect custody arise when one party seeks an ex parte restraining order against the other under Family Code section 6320. These same allegations being made during the TRO proceeding can form the basis of restrictions on custody imposed by 3044. It is important to be aware that section 3044 is rebutted by a showing that the accuser was also involved in domestic violence. If both are perpetrators the presumption is rebutted. So, a proper defense is to demonstrate that the accuser is in fact a perpetrator as well.

Issues that should be addressed in a Section 3044 hearing include: (1) Who pushed whom? (2) Who started the altercation? (3) Who took part in the fight? Section 3044 also provides considerable penalties for false accusations of abuse. And the court must take into account a false abuse accusations conviction (a criminal conviction) when making a custody decision. The accusations must in fact be false and there must be a criminal conviction of the falsity. Section 3044 requires a criminal conviction not merely a finding of falsity by the Family Court Judge.

Section 3027.5 provides that there will not be an adverse custody or visitation merely because a person made a lawful report regarding suspected sex abuse, or took reasonable actions to find out if abuse took place, or sought treatment. Custody and visitation limitations can be imposed only where substantial evidence of intent to interfere through a knowingly false report is shown. The reason is for this heightened standard is to allow people to make charges, even if there are not ultimately true, erring on the side of being overly protective of children.

Family Code Section 3118 describes the impact of child sexual abuse upon custody proceedings. There must be: (1) allegations of serious abuse; (2) a child’s statement made to a mandatory reporter; or (3) substantial independent corroboration. It is especially important for family law attorneys to be aware that they must have credible evidence with substantial corroboration before raising the issue. Take the following example, mother makes an allegation. An attorney must determine the nature of the allegation including whether it comes from a mandatory reporter or whether or not there is substantial independent corroboration. If the allegation isn’t from a mandatory reporter and/or lacks substantial corroboration then it likely will not satisfy the 3118 standard.

Family Code Section 3046 speaks to the issue where one party leaves the family residence because they are fleeing domestic violence. The statute provides that doing so will not interfere with their ability to obtain custody as long as: (1) The relocation is of short duration; (2) the person who leaves attempts to maintain regular contact; and (3) There is no intent to abandon.

Making money has never been easier. Thanks to the advancement in internet technology. Millions of people globally earn their source of livelihood through the internet. Online business has continually increased courtesy of improved communication systems. The instant messenger, electronic mail as well as VOIP have provided a stable foundation for the success of online business.

Online business comes in a number of forms and therefore gives the entrepreneur a wide choice when choosing which business to engage in. One of the easiest and most effective ways of making quick online money is through product promotion. Making money online through product promotions is easy and involves less hassle and inconvenience.

You certainly do not have to walk long distances looking for clients nor do you face rejection. The best part is that all this process is carried out online and this saves you the trouble of managing huge inventory levels and shipment costs. All you need is to set up your website and a list of all the products that you have for sale. However there is a catch since you have to give people a reason to visit your website.

To face this challenge there are a lot of ways. Initially you have build up a website that gives information to people or you can still continue with product reviews. These assessments could be on cost, product performance and competence. The main objective is to get targeted traffic to your website. Since they start reading about various products they will opt to buy the products and this redirects them to the maker or relailer.

As soon as they click on the product to buy, you can earn commission and the cycle goes on. The website topic you choose should be your favorite and you are sound professional in it. Suppose if you like a subject about car racing, then you can include all the information on all types of cars, news and gossips on you site. There are many ways to attract traffic to your affiliate website. By announcing consumer special deals you can get increase targeted traffic with discounts and low prices.

As has been shown, product promotion is an easiest way of making money online provided that you have the right mix of tools and time in your hand. Indeed it is more like operating a virtual sales office. All that you have to do is select the products you intend to sell, decide on an affiliate website and you are ready to receive your share of earnings.

The moment when the official declares the couple to be man and wife and instructs the groom to kiss his bride is the crowning moment of the wedding ceremony. The official cutting of the cake is the crowning moment of the reception.

The top of the cake has to be special in decoration that matches theme and dcor. As with the serving set that will be a center piece that is seen with each slice of cake it to have to be special in dcor. Whether you use a traditional or more modern theme the cake and the serving set is an important part of the wedding center piece that will be photographed and seen by all the guests.

With the cake being so important it has to be decorated and have a lovely little topper. There are many types of toppers available in today’s market the style of topper is usually decided by the theme of the wedding or the bride and grooms humor. As with other things there are the traditional styles like the Contemporary Bride and Groom for the more traditional wedding setting then there are those with a little modern humor like the Bride gone fishing with the pole and the groom is on the hook. There are a lot of traditional and other cake topers for all kinds of weddings. There is even mix and match bride and grooms so that you can find just the right topper for your cake the center piece of the reception.

The cake is the center piece of the reception then the serving set is like the official performing the ceremony. The serving set is not at the center of attention, but would look funny if it was not properly dressed. The serving set must be properly dressed for the reception like officiates, it may not have the center stage, but is definitely a good supporting actress. When shopping for toppers also consider the serving set .They come in many styles such as the classic double heart serving set. This style is used in many traditional weddings. There is also the Hand painted calla lily set that would be lovely in a spring or garden wedding setting. There is a large variety of serving sets, so choose the one that best fits your cake and decor. These may seam like trivial things compared with the flowers and the dress fittings but they are important enough to take a little extra time to make the right choice.

Choosing the best cake topper and cake serving set is easier when shopping online. The selection available online is much larger than that offered in local bridal shops. Finding something to fit your reception and saving money are both probable outcomes of shopping online. Online stores do not have the same overhead and expenses as local stores and they do have a lot more competition than is faced at the local level.
